Q: Are pets allowed?A: Pets are not allowed in the Motel Rooms, if pets are found to have been inside a Fee starting from $75 will be charged.
Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?A: Standard check-in time is after 2pm. If arriving earlier, please get in touch with reception; they will gladly assist with storing your luggage if you have to rush to an appointment and/or can see if we can accommodate an early check-in (Subject to availability).
Q: Can I arrive late?A: After Hours Check-ins for after 9pm are available with a surcharge of $50 (Subject to availability). Please contact reception to arrange a After Hours Check-in prior to 8pm on the Check-in date.
Q: Do you have undercover parking?A: Yes, most rooms have undercover parking. There is ample parking for larger vehicles, trailers, vans and caravans also
Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?A: Yes, all rooms at the Oscar Motel are dedicated non-smoking rooms. We also have designated smoking areas.
Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?A: Yes we do.
Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?A: Yes, we have a garden BBQ area undercover which comes with a Webber BBQ, Table and chairs.
Q: How close are you to restaurants?A: The Oscar Motel is within 2-5 minutes’ walk of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, Sizzler, Pizza Capers, Red Rooster, KFC, Domino’s Pizza, Chinese and Indian. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?A: We do have a 24 hours cancellation policy and have a pre-payment policy for certain groups however these vary according to room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room. Depending on the time of year we will be flexible with these policies.
